March Madness

Great month for the family. Here's our picture recap...

The school celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday and the kids were allowed to
dress up as one of the characters. Isaac wanted to be Cat in the Hat. He wore his costume
all day.  Even when we met up with family that night.
Dad and the boys had their first camp out in the backyard this year. It was really windy
but our boys had a blast.
While they were in the back camping Jos and I were in the house. They decided they wanted
to talk to us through video chat. Gideon figured out how to use dress ups while on chat.
Daddy celebrated his 35th birthday. We had our traditional breakfast of waffles and strawberries.
Aunty Rene watched the kids later that evening and we go to get away.

Gideon was in his first pinewood derby and took 1st place.
We had switched wards right before so we didn't know if we were still going to participate but Gideon really wanted to so we borrowed Uncle Jasen's car the night before the race. Thanks to Uncle Jay Gideon's  first pinewood derby was a huge success.

Our family took a little trip to St. George while Koki had a work conference. Jos loved
hanging out by the pool and sneaking juice whenever she could.

Friday night tradition going strong. Family sleepover
in the family while watching movies.
We will randomly find pictures of the kids on our cameras. Here's a couple
of Gideon having fun with his self portraits.

Gideon had a class performance at school. They sang a lot of cool
songs and even did a little dance at the end.  We enjoyed watching him perform.
Grandma's annual easter egg hunt. The boys got spoiled.
Joslyn didn't care about collecting a lot of eggs. She would just get one
egg at a time. She'd open, eat, then look for another.
Besides the traditional candy in the eggs grandma had other goodies like
strawberries, donut holes, and balls. The kids loved it and Joslyn especially loved the strawberries.
After the egg hunt we went to the creamery. Yummy!
Our neighborhood did an easter egg hunt this year.  The kids never
get tired of looking for eggs with candy in them.
