Pioneer Day

We had a great relaxing Pioneer day. We went to Aunty Jo's and Uncle Jay's and swam ALL day. It was so nice to be with just our family enjoying each other's company.
We swam for like 8 hours straight that day with little breaks for food.

Sale passed out as soon as we took him out of the shower that night

We didn't even realize Jarom went inside and fell asleep. This was after like 5 hours in the pool.

Brown Family Reunion

Koki had his extended family reunion down in Delta, UT this year. It was fun meeting new family members. I am always amazed at how much family Koki has. We camped in our tent again and the kids loved being with their cousins and partying all week.

This was on the second day there. Jarom stayed up almost all night the night before.

Isaac quickly washed the pudding off

When they started throwing pudding Jos went and stood in the field
then when it was almost over she came and safely stood at the bottom of the slip n slide.

When they yelled go instead of putting pudding in her hands
Jaycie opened her mouth and took a big mouthful. Then she started spitting it on people. LOL.

They turned the hose on to start rinsing the kids off and Jarom yelled,
" Don't clean me off!"

In 5 Years

Today I was calling around about life insurance. That little thing made me seriously think about our future as a family. The thing that hits me the hardest is that in 5 years my sweet son Gideon could be leaving to go on a mission. That thought is rocking my world right now. It is making me so sad that my kids especially Gideon are growing up so fast.

This week Gideon has been at scout camp all week.  The morning of I had to keep myself from crying. I've been getting a lot of pictures from our Bishop and it looks like he is having so much fun. I do love that he has been able to have this experience.

The rest of our family has been at Koki's Brown family reunion. Wednesday Isaac, Sale, and I came back because Isaac had football. I don't love that our family is all over the place. I'm looking forward to having everyone back home tomorrow.

A lot of memories will happen in the next 5 years. I hope I do a good job at grasping on to them.

I'm not really crying but he is so sweet for hugging me like he is.

EM 14 Ward Camp

I am so glad we went to EM 14's ward camp. I almost didn't go because I was being lazy but it was so fun and the kids loved it. We went up to Willard Bay the first day. The water was so warm. Then we set up camp at a church site called Mount Sterling. It was actually pretty far. Almost in Logan but once we were there it was so beautiful. On our drive over we had to stop because Jaycie had to go to the bathroom. We noticed that our car was leaking pretty bad. We almost turned around but Koki said everything would be okay so we kept going. Glad we didn't give into my fear because we would have missed out on a great get away.

Jarom, Muryha, and Jos. Hy and Rene were at their stake trek
so Mur got to come with us.

Sale sneaked into our friends tent after they got it set up.

My gps led us to this spot claiming it was Willard Bay. Actually
made me cry cause I couldn't believe the luck we were having.
